Micah 7:16-18

¹⁶ Nations ^(A)will see and be ashamed
Of all their might.
They will ^(B)put their hand on their mouth;
Their ears will be deaf.
¹⁷ They will ^(C)lick the dust like a serpent,
Like ^(D)crawling things of the earth.
They will come ^(E)trembling out of their ^[a]fortresses;
To Yahweh our God they will come in ^(F)dread,
And they will be afraid before You.
¹⁸ Who is a God like You, who ^(G)forgives iniquity
And passes over the transgression of the ^(H)remnant of His inheritance?
He does not ^(I)hold fast to His anger forever
Because He ^(J)delights in lovingkindness.
